I just got her 2 days ago and she is supposed to be 4 months old. She has a pretty big belly yet her backbone can be easily felt. Could she be pregnant???

If she has a rounded belly but otherwise looks normal, then she could be.
And yes, 4 month old cats can get pregnant. I've had cats running around the farm for all my life, and the typical first litter will be lost because the mom does not know how to take care of it. And if your cat is really that young and pregnant, then they will not likely survive.

confident there is an probability she could desire to be pregnant which at sucha youthful age is risky for the two her and the kittens. Why weren't your to blame cat proprietor and get the male neutered past to now are not there adequate cats and kittens in rescue or killed each 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and that i advise killed as they are prefectly wellbeing easy are not adequate because of the fact of irresponsible onwers no longer get there cats executed. Get him booked in to be castrated and her spayed if she is in the early degree of being pregnant.

if she really is 4 months old then no she cannot be pregnant. it also depends on where you got her. if you got her from a shelter then she might be older than 6 months and could possibly be pregnant but it is still not a desirable age for her to be pregnant. if a cat is bred too young or old it can make the pregnancy dangerous. you should get her checked anyways to make sure she is healthy and doesnt have any parasites. your vet should also give you a better idea of how old she is and whether she is pregnant or just growing.

I wouldn't say so. Yet, there is some kind of disease where the kitten can go into heat too early..You probably just have a fat kitten:D lol

go to its vet.
its the only way you can find out.
also, there is a possible chance that the person you bought her from or who has given her to you may have had her age wrong.

hope this helped!
