As the others have said, this is low-cal but also a nearly nutrition-free combination, and I can't imagine it's very tasty, either. The tomato sauce is very high in sodium, too ... with 1/4 the total amount of salts recommended for one day. Try tuna on your crackers, or fresh fruit, or use sliced peppers, tomatoes, zuchinni etc instead of the prepared sauce.

iceburg lettuce has about as many nutrients as a glass of water. substitute it for some spinach or at least romaine lettuce to get yourself some nutrition.

this is a horrible meal. where do your vitamins and minerals come from? what about fiber, good fat, and micro nutrients?
-first of all, never eat iceburg lettuce. the whiter the "greens" the less nutritional value there is. iceburg has no nutrients.
- your tomato sauce is over processed, full of salt and sugar, not to mention the preservatives,.also, the longer that stuff sits around (even in cans) the less nutrition it has (why do you think there is an expiration date on it?
-the crackers are only flour, salt and maybe some yeast, but are probably the best thing you ate. they are only carbs and more salt.
-i hope you drank a big glass of milk with it, you would have gotten many vitamins(e,d,a,k) minerals (magnesium, phosphorus, calcium). sugar (lactose). fat, and many needed calories. many other good things are in milk.
-there are so many other ways to get a WELL-BALANCED low calorie diet. learn about combining foods to get the best nutricousl value out of them. get complete protiens, macro and micro nutrients, vitamins and minerals. it's not hard to do.i'm sure there are web sites that can help you out with this. it seems that every day some one comes out with a new diet plan (which doesn't work) or a low-calorie recipe book. please, have someone help you explore the wonderful world of low-fat eating.

Ok I can't help u with the calories calculation. But the best way to eat to avoid excess fat production is a eating "style" when you separate carbs, proteins and etc....For example eat a piece of meat with a salad, but not potatoes or bread. Vegetables can be mixed with other foods but avoid mixing proteins with carbs....like meat and pasta.....this way during digestion food is absorbed easier and some complex fats are avoided....

I would say yes it is low calorie but also not very nutritious. You would probably get about the same amount of calories from a grilled chicken breast and salad (no dressing) and it would be a lot healthier.

It's 116 calories, so I would classify it as low calorie-it's also low in nutrients.
