Besides the obvious physical traits, I look for girls that:
Can hold an intelligent conversation
Thinks about more than fashion and gossip
Has some kind of ambition of her own
Doesn't need to talk all the time
Knows what she wants
Sees me as a person not a project
Isn't a gold digger (I have little money anyway)
Has interests that are compatible with mine

people look for the right person but never take time being the right person...
a person who worries more about what people think rather than doing what is right and building up chracter... that is what is attractive.

Someone who likes you for what you do, not just by what you look like. Pretty. Nice. Talks to you but not a WHOLE lot. One who won't cheat before you break up. Well shorter than me. In shape.Well thats basically it.
