Believers always say that atheists cannot prove the non-existence of God. Please tell me what are necessary and sufficient conditions for existence - then ask yourself does God meet the requirements.

Do you mean to ask what conditions are necessary to prove or know that something exists? For something to exist it must simply "be." Something can exist without being able to be sensed by us. However, this is not the case with God. He manifests himself in many ways, such as the complexity of the natural universe and fulfilled prophecy in the Bible. He also mainfests himself in the fact that people are born with and sense of right and wrong that is separate from simply instincts to protect ourselves and society. For example, suppose that someone walks by you in restaurant and accidentally runs into your table, causing your food to fall to the floor. Then, suppose that someone else comes by and purposely tries to knock your table over but fails. Now, you would say that the person who perposely tried to harm you did something morally wrong, even though there were no physical consequences of their actions. So, the existence of this moral code from birth in people from all different cultures points to the existence of God. I can't cover all the arguments in this one comment, but it's a start. Send me an email if you have further questions.

I think that's like trying to measure someone's love for another. It's impossible to prove scientifically.

As for conditions, I like to reference Thomas Edison's scientific point of view on the existence of a higher power. He didn't relate to any religious perspectives either, but he did believe in a supreme intelligence. He said all the proof of that Intelligence he needed could be summed up in the unique properties of ice, the only crystalline substance that doesn’t sink in water. One of his quotes: "and it is rather lucky for us mortals, for if it had done so, we would all be dead. Why? Simply because if ice sank to the bottoms of rivers, lakes, and oceans as fast as it froze, those places would be frozen up and there would be no water left. That is only one example out of thousands that to me prove beyond the possibility of a doubt that some vast Intelligence is governing this and other planets."
