God isn't there so he's not getting his "children".

It looks like 2012 something will happen. The earth goes through many cycles of destruction and rebirth, I hear. You don't have to wait for the end of the world to be with God. The predictions are so vague that people have seen that day coming for over a hundred years and been disappointed. There is a theory that it only applies to the time of Nero. Each day is a new day for another miracle.

Here's what I do. I decide when the world is going to end and pack a nice picnic lunch with a good bottle of wine. Me and my favorite fem find a nice hill to watch the world end. If the world ends we have a good seat. If it doesn't we have nice company and a bottle of wine to share. win-win situation.

No, there is no God to come and save you. The world will end in a few thousand years and God will not come and "get his children"

God asks us to be ready and not to go around guessing the timing. Everything will happen in God's timing. He asks us to be ready.

All the generations have had the signs around them .Just be ready.

No, it isn't going to happen. Are you doing a little wishful thinking?

Peter said "But the end of all things is at hand." And church people have been thinking it ever since.
