I am NOT starting a debate. Simply asking if there's a specific group and what they are called. I will not say whether or not I believe in this theory. Strictly asking what my question is...if you don't believe it...great. Good for you. Please don't post about how people who do believe it are wrong. If you do believe it, please don't start saying how it just has to be truth because there's all this evidence. I just want to know a group name. Thanks.

Again...I'm not trying to start some sort of a debate. If you don't know, or if you just want to say it's heathens or whatever, please don't post. I'm simply curious. This has nothing to do with Dan Brown stuff.

I dont think there is any specific religious group. - unless you count the former or ex-christians.

those people who do beleive it, are usually people who used to be christians, have searched for answers and made up their own minds.

Do you mean organized religions or just anyone? I'm assuming organized? If so, then yes. The Mormons and Agnostics do. So do most wiccan religious sects.

Yes, Christians with sexual orientation issues.

I really wasn't trying to be contrary...This is just an observation that I believe is valid and real. I should clarify this more and say that it is usually Christian women who follow this line of thinking and also gravitate towards the Gnostic Gospels. I do not know why...again it is just an observation. Every Lesbian Christian and every Christian women who is liberal on matters of cohabitation and sexual expression outside of marriage are enthralled by all of the Mary Magdelene stuff that has been floating around recently. I could hypothesize spiritually why this is tru but your question doesn't ask for my opinion as to the whys and wherefores so I will leave it here with my observations.

Any religion you want to make up, you can believe what you want to. There was no proof that Jesus existed.

There are probably some who say that, but no one that I know of. That whole DaVinci Code thing was supposed to be fiction. I'd like to think that no one believes that lie...
