It's a ripoff. He makes a ton of money selling his "system" but next to nothing actually implementing it. If it was as lucrative as he claims, he'd keep it all to himself and make a LOT more money than selling that tripe.

Loftis, Copyright 2005, by Dearborn Publishing. I purchased my first tax lien last Nov and pay $4,171 at 18% interest. I am not interested to obtain or keep property this way. I just my money back plus the interest. Then I buy more in the future. I lived in Illinois and Tax Liens can go at 18% and bid down. My goal is to get $10,000 and go to Texas. Texas has tax lien sales every month. Texas has 256 counties and their interest starts at 25%. Georgia is another good state to go too as well (20%). Missouri is the worst and I lived near St. Louis (you have to be a Missouri resident). Good Luck.
