The most significant issues would of course be profound respiratory and central nervous system depression with the possibilty of brain damage or death. The other issues are minimal by comparrison.
EDIT: You have received a lot of incorrect information from other responders. If you are taking oxycodone, and not a combination product with tylenol, ibuprofen or aspirin, there should be no issues with kidney or liver function. There are kidney and liver precautions in the use of the drug, but not due to damage, but due to the need for the liver to metabolize the drug and the kidneys to excrete the drug from the system, otherwise an unsafe blood level can be developed.
Respiratory depresion and apnea (stopping breathing) are the main issues, followed by cardiac issues (normally as a response to low blood oxygen)
Seizures are rarely seen with opioids even in overdosage, and are more often a problem in withdrawal from the drug in patients with physiologic addiction.
There are minor issues, such as nausea, constipation and vomiting and other side effects. These can be a bother in routine use, but are a minor issue in the case of overdosage. In overdosage, contact poison control and inform them of the amount you have taken, and then call 911. Most cases of overdosage require airway support, and possible cardiac management. If oxygenation is not maintained brain damage and death may occur.
Please also note, in almost every case, overdosage is the result of abuse or improper use of the drug, you should be fine if you follow the prescibed driections.

No its called a narcotic to scare you. Take as many as you like they are like tic tacs wit no flavor.
You should be feeling really good right now...are you crazy...get your stomach pumped...the least of your problems right now is typing here...too much can kill you its a narcotic opoid.
This is why people have a hard time getting oxycodone that REALLY NEED like my girl who has sickle cell and me with Rhematoid Arthritis.
This drug is not a cool luxury designer drug it is for people with chronic pain.

As US DR JD has said opioids are very safe for the organ systems in general except when taken in excess, where the issues are related to respiratory depression and central nervous system depression.
Take the medication as directed, and never cut, crack or crush the tablets

This is a medication prescribed for people in severe pain. For them, there is nothing wrong. For well people just experimenting, too many could become a fatal habit.

if you think you've taken too much of a prescription pain killer, call poison control immediately. they may seem harmless but too much of any pain killer can seriously affect your liver, kidneys and stomach, just to name a few. use those with caution and never recreationally--it's just not worth it.
