Good heavens, no, they all are not doing it, and NONE of them should be at all! First of all, it is not legal, and second of all, it is a really really bad idea, because it involves a lot of very complicated feelings that one really can't handle at that age. Some ppl lie about what they have done - maybe they think it makes them seem more daring or more mature? and some have prolly done it, but it is certainly never advisable. You sound sensible; you are on the right track - nothing to rush into!

Not all 13 year olds are. Heck! I bet not even all the ones that claimed to have have actually done it. I know many 13 year olds (and older) that haven't even kissed yet. I think 13 is too young to do "it".
