I'm not sure, but I'd check it after 35 minutes. It'll probably take at least 40 minutes. Your brownies will be taller than either of the other 2 pans.
10 x 6 = 60 inches
9 x 9 = 81 inches
13 x 9 = 117 inches
So I'd make sure your pan is at least 2 inches tall or it could overflow into your oven. If not, you might want to reserve some of the batter for another pan or to bake later.

Half an hour, but insert a toothpick every now and then to be sure that you're not overcooking it. When the toothpick comes out clean, your brownies are done.

Poke it in the middle with a tooth pick, if it comes out clean they are done, if not, bake a little longer.

Your nose will help you to know when they almost done and you will see the brownies pulling away from the sides of the pan. The old toothpick test works for brownies. My estimate is to bake them for around 33 minutes.

poke a fork handle into it ever so often. If it comes out gunky then it isn't done. If it comes out with cake crumbs on it, it's done.
