cars not getting the gas??

Should have a DTC and a extra light on dash board for the throttle control.
Don't have a book, but that throttle kit is one part of your problem, other is Ford has had some issues with TPSs on those cars.... but if it doesn't see right resistances it will not allow fly by wire system to work

These codes have to do with the electronic throttle control. This vehicle does not use a cable from the pedal to the engine throttle body. It is all controlled by the computer.
The best thing is to take to the Ford dealer. They may have to reprogram your control unit.

Rescan, the highest DTC for Ford is P1901.
