Brooklyn, my friend claims he is a Vice Lord in Brooklyn. I know they are strictly in Chicago. There is probobly a few in Brooklyn, but is it a well known powerful gang out there?

By strictly in Chicago I mean more in Chicago than anywhere else. I'm sure they have little chapters here and there, but all in all I always thought they were trouble only in Chicago.

Hmmm.. I thought they were everywhere.. As of 10 years ago.. Lately, there doesn't seem to be any... But I'm sure there are still some in the NY...

Not strictly chicago. There's a few in minneapolis, but just enough to be a minor nuisance.

I live in a city in central MA. we have vice lords out here as well. I'm not sure what their strength or numbers are.
