It is "(something) is a family guy", I can never make out what they are saying. It's strange cause I must have heard it a million times.

It seems today
that all you see
is violence in movies and sex on t.v.

But where are those good old fashion values
On which we used to rely!

Lucky, there's a family guy!
Lucky there's a man who,
positivly can do,
all the things that make us
laugh and cry!

He's--A--Fam'ly--Guy!!!
