I'm writing this at half two in the morning, so excuse any typos and rambling.

I have found proof of god.

We were made in his form (or so the bible tells us). This would explain why we are so crapply adapted to this world we live in.

Our backs give out easily, our teeth pack up at the age of 30 if we don't look after them and the human ankle has got to be the worst design bodge ever.

Answers appreciated, especially wrt typos/grammar etc.
Also wrt opinions on my hypothesis.

Lone Rider - it's now 3am and it took me 4 goes (no, 5) to read your answer. Isn't brushing your teeth a perversion of whatever you said? This is the last time I do an all nighter without access to coffee.

Humans being "created in His image" is a mistranslation.
We were actually created on His iMac.

Why do you have pose a cynical question? I think you're being defensive and aggressive. I think our bodies have been assaulted by contaminated food that has reduced our health. God evolved humans to live long enough to fulfill His purpose. It isn't part of God's evolution that humans, in the depths of ignorance, pervert God's creation that causes them to develop troubles with their bodies.

The other way around could be something to think about. But taking on the form of something that has no form makes a little bit difficult to grasp. Never mind the poetical
symbols the Biblical writer chose to sing Creation. But God was then without form and will remain so forever.

Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Genesis 1 explains God said let US create man in OUR image.

Genesis 2 shows how man is created from the dust (flesh)
God breathed life into him (spirit)
and man became a living soul (soul)

God created man above the animals more than flesh which returns to dust but with an eternal spirit.

Edit... Research will prove your assumption false as the "Royal We" is after Moses and is probably taken from there.
Careful reading of Genesis 1 and 2 will show that we are made in this image of God more than mere flesh but with an eternal spirit.

If god made you in his image that would mean god endorses the mullet.

I want no part of it.

You haven't found proof of god. You've just made yourself an apologist for the bible. Congratulations.

I see what you are saying but it is flawed and not going to rest with non-believers.
