When it comes to meat I only eat chicked, turkey, and fish. I haven't had any other meats in 8-9 months. In other mets is there some kinda vitamin or mineral that strengthens your teeth? Ever since i went on this "diet" my teeth feel very frail, and if I try to chew something the slightest bit hard, like a cracker, it hurts my teeth, is there maybe some kinda vitamin I could take that would replace whatever I need that I normally get from red meats?

most important mineral is PHOSPHORUS which leads to strong teeth and bones. your body also requires vitamin D (from milk, or absorbed from sunlight) in order to convert this phosphorus and calcium into bone and teeth.
