is it very easy to loose weight when on your period if u eat right and exercise??? like if u eat vegtables,and fruits and other healthy foods is it very easy to loose weight??

Unfortunately you don't really lose weight when on your period, you tend to gain it. BUT that weight gain is usually in the form of fluid retention that your body needs in your abdominal area to help remove the unwanted tissue, thus making your period. So you're not gaining fat, even if you do put on a couple of pounds. It goes with your period, provided you don't consume too much chocolate and ice cream and other stuff we want at that time of the month.

But it is better to eat healthy food during this time, even though you so want the chocolate and the ice cream. Make your own veg soups, very easy with a wand blender, and very comforting if you're inclined to be crampy. I find that I want steak and broccoli and spinach and things that are rich in iron - I love liver at that time of the month!

Sweetie, if it was 'very easy' to lose weight, as you put it, the weight loss industry wouldn't be the multimillion empire it is today, and there wouldn't be those sleaze merchants selling nasty drugs in the form of diet pills, and there's be a lot less by way of eating disorders ..... Just remember that moderation in all things is the key to a healthy and happy life.

The things we value in life require effort to achieve them. Makes them that little more worthwhile, I think, but that's just me ....
