I bring my skis inside after using them. Wipe them down with a towel to remove excess water and let them dry. Oxidation on the edges occurs when skis are not dried quickly enough...but eventually, they will get some rust. You can use a fine grain 3M scrubbie to remove rust w/o messing up the edge. Add a bit of 3-in-1 oil or similar lubricant to help prevent further oxidation.

Waxing and tuning should be done frequently. I wax frequently due to changing snow conditions and usually get the edges sharpened after every 10 full days. Icy conditions may make you need to get them edged and waxed more often.

You shouldn't have to do much to your bindings. Just make sure the ski brakes are working well and the bindings are securely attached to the skis. Regular bindings require little or no upkeep. Alpine Touring and Telemark bindings need a little more attention due to their additional moving parts.

Poles don't need much attention either unless you use a telescoping pole (like a trekking pole.) With those you just need to make sure the adjustment mechanisms are OK and the baskets are secure.

Boots: Inspect often for damage; Store your boots in a bag or closet and away from sunlight. UV light will degrade the plastic over time. The boots get enough UV when you are on the slopes, keep them out of the light when possible. Pull out your liners to get them dry. Liners can get funky relatively quickly if not dried out well. I give my liners a good dose of Lysol every couple of uses...or more often if needed.

Wash your waterproof clothes with Nikwax Tech Wash and use Nikwax TX Direct to keep the garment waterproof.

-Skis: wax them with (yellow wax preferably) every three times you ski or,
wax every ten times by IRONING the wax on
store your skis some where dry safe (not on cement, it will ruin the skis)
-Bindings:just care
-Boots: Care
-Poles: well don't sit on the cause you'll bend them and/or don't put them in a situation where they could be bent.
-Googels:care (not much) clean them don't crack the plastic or put them in a situation where the plastic could be broken/craked

Boots should be buckled up for the times when they are not on your foot. If your boot is left unbuckled during the summer and they get hot, the plastic will resume it's original shape, which is a flat sheet.
Your skiis should be cleaned and dry, then a hot wax on the base. Your bindings should have the tension released which should then be reset by a qualified shop in the next season.
Poles take no real care other than kept straight.
Goggles should be treated as eyewear clean and avoid scratches.
Clothing cleaned, and dry, I store my turtlenecks in a plastic garbage bag and vaccuum them tight. Less room needed to store them.

Boots= After taking them off buckle them back up, not too tight, nor loose. When you're home take them out of the bag, and take the liners out to dry.
Skis= Dont ski over rocks. Rails and boxes will put scratches in the bottom, so beware of that. Avoid redrilling them. Purchase a ski bag to transport them in. Wax them before skiing, but only when they need it. Get a tune up like once a year or twice a year. Buy a lock, and if you don't want to buy a lock, then separate your skis on the racks when you go in for lunch to avoid getting them stolen.
Poles= not much you can do except avoid bending them. & dry them off
Goggles= Perchase cat crap to keep them from getting fogged up. keep them in a clothe case when not using them. treat them similar as sunglasses.
Apparel= avoid washing too often, it'll make the waterproofness go away. Let them dry out after skiing instead of sitting in your bag.
bindings= let them chill with your skis ☺

make sure your boots are adjusted right and all buckles work, after each use wipe them down and dry them off,
periodically have your skis waxed ( hot or not) and their edges sharpened (both needed)
poles just don't bend them and dry them off
make sure gloves, snow pants and jackets stay waterproof
good luck
