you should go to the doctor. a spastic colon can cause you to go to the bathroom really fast like that after you eat. did you eat anything with seeds yesterday or before that. sometimes it can take 24 hours for your stuff to be digested, so it may be behind and just because you're going to the bathroom really fast, may not be the food you ate. kwim? there's also something called dumping syndrome in which you eat and go to the bathroom really fast (can cause drops in blood sugar) and that would mean you would be pooping what you had just eaten. it's typical for people who have a large pyloris (the exit from the stomach to the duodenum which leads to the intestines) and can be caused by short bowel syndrome I believe. I'm not a doctor. You might look into those things as well as other digestive disorders. Diverticulitis/Diverticulosis is where you have trouble with things that have seeds---you might google that.

You might have worms or something... go get checked. My cat has some (you can get them from touching an animal, maybe not washing your hands, eating infected food, sometimes bad water, etc) but anyway, his stuff looks like that and he hasn't lost weight yet though so I wouldn't be that sure it's not it. Just see your Dr. and you'll find out for sure. Don't worry, you won't die from pooping any time soon. Keep hydrated.

These are signs and symptoms of many types of gastroenterology conditions.
I understand your fear but you are only going to drive yourself crazy reading posts on YA. No disrespect to the posters but you are obviously concerned and the only way to get a correct diagnosis is from a doctor and tests done in a lab.
Make an appointment ASAP and the ER will just give you a temporary fix and tell you to see you regular doc.
I worked in one long enough to know that.

boy, that WAS graphic. if you have any doubts as to how normal or not this is, you should ask your doctor. in general, soft stools and frequency are OK because it means you're getting plenty of fiber in your diet. ongoing stomach pain, however, is not a good sign and needs to be checked out. the doctor can run a series of tests to get at the root of the problem.

i had a family member who had a similar problem. she couldnt eat corn, seeds, etc. it was some kind of bowel problem. forgot what it was called. but if your having pain on the left hand side and possible tissue in your stool, it might be a gallbladder thing. if you eat greasy or fatty foods, stop. it will help a little but you should see a doctor.
