In a pan with oil I guess. That sounds very gross and unhealthy by the way.

i think the answer is kinda already here but yeah, here in Scotland most fish and chip shops will do a fried mars bar if you ask them. its not fish sauce its just the same batter as everything else gets coated in so its like a fritter, say like a banana fritter you get in Chinese restaurants, but with chocolate. has to be good thick batter. you just fry it till the batter goes crispy, by which time the chocolate has melted. actually quite nice tho i wouldn't eat it often!!

Stick a stick/skewer in it and freeze until hard. Dip into a sweet batter like for apple fritters and fry at 350ºF until batter is golden. Drain on paper towels, dust w/ xxx sugar.

Deep-Fried Candy Bars

Combine 1 egg, 1 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in
a cup.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking
powder and a pinch of salt. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry
and mix well with a whisk. Cover and chill for a few minutes as
you heat the oil.

Use a chocolate covered candy bar for best results and make sure
that it is chilled, some bars work better if frozen (Mars is the
traditional bar but Snickers, Almond Joy, and even Twix and KitKat
will work).

After the candy bars are chilled and cut, remove the batter from
the refrigerator and adjust the consistency if necessary. Heat
about 4 cups of oil or shortening in a medium skillet to 375F. Dip
the chilled candy bar in the batter and gently place into the oil.
Cook only until the outside is golden. Remove and drain on brown
paper. Allow to cool a minute, the inside can easily burn your
mouth.

I saw them at a street carnival, they cut the snickers in half, put it on a stick and dipped it in some batter (looked like pancake batter) then fried it for about 45 seconds. I wasn't brave enough to try it.

Idk, I'm answering so I can find your question again and see the answers. But I'll tell you something amazing I heard on the radio,,,,apparently in Scotland a verrry popular treat is to dip Mars bars in fish sauce and then deep fry them. That is one of the grossest combos I've ever heard.

the same way you deep fry anything: you boil some grease and drop it in(just make sure you get it out before it disintegrates)! Happy New Year
