are these flour or corn torts?
chicken breast is alway a good choice when it come to lo cal food...33 cal per oz (pork loin is about the same.)
cut a chicken breast into strips.season with s&p.in a med fry pan add about 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil add your chicken saute' til the chicken is done and most of the liquid is gone .reduce heat to low add 1 diced tomato ,1/2 onion sliced and 1 half green pepper sliced and cook till the veggies are done to your liking.
the veggies have very few calories and poaching instead of adding oil or butter adds no extra calories.

sliced low fat or fat free cheese (your favorite), sliced chicken or turkey breast lunchmeat. Place meat on tortilla, top with cheese, microwave 30 seconds and roll up, it's great!

or low-fat cream cheese. Mix with garlic powder, some sliced green olives and minced onion. chill 2 hours, then spread over tortillas (also great on crackers!) you can also add julienned strips of dried beef if desired.

or take egg substitute or real eggs, your choice, scramble and cook, top with cheese and let cheese melt. microwave tortillas for 30 seconds, top with egg and cheese mixture, salsa or pico de gallo and sour cream, roll up and enjoy for breakfast.

Almost anything is good on a tortilla.
I make wraps out of them all the time. Use chicken and lettuce and veggies.
Have you seen the laughing cow cheese. Its real low fat and I use that instead of mayo.

I also do a Southwestern Hash with potatos and red and green bell peppers and onions and sautee them and season with salt and pepper and cumin and cilantro and wrap that in a tortilla.
Lowfat veggie chili with Fat free cheese is good too.

I use cream cheese, turkey and tomato, roll them up and slice them in bite size portions. You could also add avocado or fresh spinach. Or refried beans and cheddar, but thats one that would have to be heated. I prefer the flavored tortillas, I like tomato & basil, but the also have different varieties.
