ok so i found out they take it from my check so lets say i tell them 500$ and if i divide that by how many pay periods is that how much per check they will take? also how do i access the account ? or i just keep reciepts untill it equals the amt ? serious answers please thnx

You'll decide how much you want taken out, and yes they'll divide by the number of pay periods if you give them an annual amount, and take it out of each paycheck.

You'll turn in your receipts from the caregiver. You don't have to wait until the end of the year, but they probably won't want you to turn them in every week.

If the caregiver buys the diapers and food, and charges you a higher fee because she is providing them, then the receipt from her would include all of that and you could get reimbursed that way for it. If she itemized the costs and had a certain amount for the basic care, and additional amounts for buying food and diapers, you could only get reimbursed for the care part. If you just buy them and take them along to her, then no you can't get reimbursed for that.
