Ladies what do you think of a 25 yr old guy who has never dated, had g/f, kissed a lady, etc?

Im a shy guy, average size/ appearance, finishing a degree in engineering. Ive never had any personal relationships with women out side of a work relationship. Ive never had any ladies show the remotes interest in myself (even during my school years), whether or not I've been interested. My numerous attempts to find even a female friend never gets beyond the rejection line/ occassional insult.
I find it depressing and sad that my mates are all in relationships with girl friends yet I can't even maintain a basic friendship with ladies, let alone find a g/f. Although ladies I've worked with and some mates have asked if im gay, im not. I must be one of the very few guys destined to be single for their entire lives.

Personally I think the first thing you need to do is accept that your shy. That's the only way to overcome it. Its OK to be shy, just work on not letting the anxiety over yourself keep you from living life.
Try it as an act. In your mind be aware that your shy, that you feel nervous, but act relaxed--copy if necessary at first to get comfortable.
Go to places that relax you that have women there and talk to them. Go to Grad student mixers on campus. Go to other cultural events on campus.

Say hello to a few of the women who interest you by just asking them what they though of the event or if she is having a good time? Share a little bit about yourself, but let her talk a bit more than you do. Let her know your really listening and really interested by asking a few How/Why questions to get her to tell you more.
Try to avoid politics, religion, or sex.

Well, I think you sound like a gentleman. Most men are very aggressive etc.
So I think the shy ones are more respectful of women, although that is not always the case.
Just hang in there , the right one will come along, better to wait for the right one than be with the wrong one . Many rush into relationships which is not wise.

I think if you think about it too much it will never happen. Go out there and find some co-ed hobbies where you can meet women. Remember to that if your too eager they'll run, but if you don't act all that interested they seem to like it. Good luck.

are you picky or something? trust me theres someone out there for everybody! Maybe the girls are attracted to you and like you but you are way to shy. You need to start coming out the box not that our old or anything but being shy makes you miss out on many great opportunities! She will come around

You sound like my husband and my brother in law. My husband was 19 before he had his first kiss (with me :D) and my bro-in-law is 22 right now, with not kiss at all from anyone!
