You can cook it on a grill with charcoal (not gas) and use sassafrass roots (from sassafrass tree). You can either buy the roots at the grocery store or dig them up yourself. Put the roots on the fire and let it smoke. This makes the steaks very tender and have the absolute best taste!!!! MMMmmmmmmm!!!!

You can also put the steaks in a ziploc and marinate them in Zesty Italian Dressing overnight. They also have other marinades that are excellent. Honey Terriyaki is great.

Good luck and ENJOY! Hope this helped!

Season both sides of the steak with salt, pepper, a tad of garlic powder and your choice of steak seasonings - place on an olive oiled broiler pan rack and place under the broiler element of your oven. Broil for 8-10 minutes per side - turning once - or until you get the desired doneness that you want. The less time it cooks the rarer the steak. A nice baked potato with sour cream, butter, bacon, and cheese along with a green veggie such as steamed whole green beans, broccoli, peas or mixed veggies goes well with steak. So do sauteed mushrooms and onions to go on top.
