An inverse relationship. A person who reads the Bible literally is more likely to read the Establishment clause literally. A person who reads the Bible non-literally is likely to read the Establishment clause non-literally.

Depends on the context. Some people claim to take something such as the First Amendment literally but they take it entirely out of context and end up believing in something that isn't even close to the original intent.
