If we were such a nation INSTEAD of ONLY a nation with Christians in it, we would live as the Bible says to live. Why would anyone in his or her right mind say that the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is a Christian nation when the evidence proves otherwise that we have only saved persons, who are becoming less and less now, living in this country?

Back then we were a Christian nation. The athesis have tried to destroy everything about God. If this nation doesn't turn back to God, then He will take His hand off us and we will be doomed.I believe that is why we have not been attached before 9/11. That was s stern warning from God ,to get our nation back to Him. We still have right to bear arms , but that too is being fought. "Every nation that has lost the right to bear arms has more crime, according to the news . So why the battle to lose our rights to bear arms? We as Christians had better step up to the plate and defend our rights before they are all taken away from us.

We do not find a Christian country in the whole world, even if there constitution's say whatever. But we do find true Christians in them....make sense?
Man has an evil heart, whether American, European or otherwise. Unless they are truly born again by the water and the Spirit (John 3:5), they will always make laws and break them the next day all to suite the government of the day. But true born again people rely on the unfathomable Word of God as their first and last amendment or law.

You left out "no".
It is not a Christian nation, but it was founded upon Christian values.
There is also nothing in the Constitution about a "separation of church and state".

"Congress shall make NO law... etc."
Add a word or two, change the meaning entirely:
He got laid... to rest.
Misquoting the constitution doesn't change the constitution - it only makes it look like you don't know the words.
