unfortunately not. California state law is if you drive you have to have a license, registration and insurance no matter your age. Believe me I know. Don't get your car impounded.

No one can drive without insurance in CA.

If you're on a permit, you're covered by your parent's insurance (or whoever is in the car with you).

insurence is requried by law for all person operating a vehicle. so you can drive but dont get pulled over or get into a traffic collision =[. or no more driving for you!

yes of course you can anywhere the g1 used to be called 365 cause you had a year to get your g2 before it expired now you have 5 years i believe . if you dont have insurance you cant drive
