I just recieved my Chris Bosh Fathead I ordered a few days ago. I am in the middle of painting my room....On the instruction manual it says, wait 30 days after painting before applying to wall. Do I really have to wait this long to put it on!!??

email fathead, they would be the best ones to ask for peace of mind.

I suspect that the warranty would be voided if you install before 30 days.

don't know for sure, but if the directions specifically say that, the manufacturer surely had a good reason for it.

Yeah, you're going to want to wait for the paint to completely dry. Check how long the paint you are using takes to do so.

If you don't wait, you will risk the problem of the paint coming off. Either your Fathead won't stick, or when you pull it off in the future, the paint will come with it.

I would wait.
