I've been drinking milk since I was very young (im currently a teenager). But for almost 3 months or so, I stopped drinking because I tend to forget it whenever my family goes to the grocery store. 2 weeks ago, I had an infection (cold, cough, slight fever, etc.) and my mom said this can also contribute to the aching of muscles etc.

I get random (lasts for about 5 seconds or so) shooting pains in my arm, legs (it's not really painful though, I'm just concerned about it). Also, my muscles twitch randomly.

I don't have any other symptoms that I know of. Otherwise, I'm generally ok.

I have the same problem dont know what to do! One time I felt excrucuating pain in my hamstrings I was panicking thinking something broke when I touched it I felt my bone! But then I straightened my leg and felt the pain leaving before touching again and i didnt feel the bone anymore! That was fkn scary...and I started drinking milk again I had left it for like...months cant even remember..been drinking it almost regularly but I still sometimes feel pain in my legs when I straightened im a mma trainer so this is really annoying!
