We're having Hoppin' John with garlic rice, and a mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette, feta, and candied pecans. I was going to make cornbread but I'm out of milk.

For dinner we had :
Florentine Spinach & Cheese Speggetti Sauce with garlic & spices added in , on a bed of spinach cheese stuffed tortellini .
For dessert we had an orange and for snack we are having pumpkin pie .

We are making a "layered pizza dip" for crackers and bagel wedges, a veggie pizza, and a hamburger w/ Velveeta cheese warm dip for "Scoops" chips. These are all finger foods which are warm and comfy to eat along with board games that my family will be playing tonight.

My hubby had pot roast, rice, coleslaw, and peach/apple crisp. I had pork chop, black eyed peas, and rice, and the crisp.

super hot habenero wings, hoisin wings, sausage and cheese balls, and shrimp toast. Tomorrow is the day for the big dinner-ribs, black eyed peas and collards YUM!

We are having tacos, then going ice skating, having a bonfire and then home for chocolate fondue!!! Yummy!

Our family is going to Fondue. We have steak to cook, and for desert we have strawberries, bananas, and oranges for the chocolate. Oh yeah, we're also having salad and mac and cheese but those aren't as important haha! Have a good New Years!
