My daughter was dropped off for a visit with me on Oct28 2005 w/flat contusions red/purple in color over back &upper extremity as described by The University of Chicago Childrens Hospital I still have all the paper work from the incident Temp custody was given to me until the judge decided on the criminal case against the mother 9-16-05 an order of protection was ordered against the mother until 12-14-05 The mother was given parenting classes &supervision w/an older adult for 1year She moved 3x before the year was up at the end my baby not the mother was living w/her auntie& a convicted felon charged w/attempted murder in Lansing Illinois w/6other kids a total of 8people in a 2bedroom home. Just recently I have been able to see my baby again the 3rd time in 2yrs I have found that at age7 my child is barely readingShe is failing in school because of few reasons1happens to be her Auntie forgets to take her to school & her 8 or 9yr old cousin who lives there is signing her reading sheets

I don't understand why you want a female family law attorney specifically... what you want is an excellent family law attorney...

Many attorneys today give free consultations, so you can get the opportunity to talk with several before you make a firm decision to hire one in particular, so maybe this is an option for you?

And i hope in the future, you won't get involved with women whose families are lunatics, and who are themselves. Take a look at the person's family and their nature before making a committment or even having a sexual relationship. I know about bad choices in partners, have done it a couple times myself.

I sure hope you will be able to see your child soon, and that you will get custody as well.
