Lots of ways. But probably my favorite is deep fried.

1/2 cup flour
2T. cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon red pepper ( Cheyenne )
enough water to make a batter

Roll the oysters in flour then dip in batter. Deep fry about 4 min.

you can bread them in crumbs and pan fry in butter....

put a dry batter on them (fish fry, chick fry, corn meal), fry in oil until crisp eat on french bread. p.s. watch for small pearls when eating, if chewed on, you may break a tooth. Bonjour!

If they are raw, they dont need to be cooked
