You shouldn't brush them for a few days after you've had your wisdom teeth removed. Use warm salt water as a rinse and do not spit, let the water slowly drain from you mouth. Stay away from carbonated soda and don't use a straw. You need to try and let the holes heal otherwise you may have dry clots that will hurt like heck.

Gently. Mouthwash with Hydrogen peroxide to heal your gums. It kills pain and eliminates infection and disease.

You can still brush them, i guess. But it's hard. Be careful when you're working on your back teeth. and Make sure to use the syringe they give you to rinse out the open sockets.

(I didn't, and got an infection) -__- not fun.
