Do Video Games Mess Up Televisions????

I've been told that hooking up my XBOX360 to my 27 inch Panasonic HD LCD TV could potentially mess up the TV. Is this true and how does it mess up?

no. i did and it works good!

Years ago TV's that were turned up 100% brightness playing 'pong' for hours suffered burn-in that left an image.

Sane use of the xbox on a LCD is safe. Just make sure to not marathon 72 hours straight.
