In Genesis I : 24, it says, " And God said, Let the Earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. " Therefore , it was on the 6th day God created ALL the living creatures.

Go with the sixth day, a literal sixth day and you can't go wrong. Think "beasts". There is also proof that man and dinosaurs walked together (see links).

He didn't silly. They were extinct millions and millions of years prior to Adam and Eve so men wouldn't have known about it.
