well it is natural, its only sugar from FRUIT so i think your good.i ♥ that stuff too. =D
AND it can give you an extra energy boost!...well at least "vitamin water" can...i like the dragon fruit one! its super yummy! ;P

It's not too bad, it always depends on what you compare it to.
You have to look at things like sweetners, and colors, fake flavorings. It's better than the amount of these things in sodas, and koolaids.
Have you ever had ozonated water? It has a sweeter taste.
Also, you can add things like juice of fresh lemons, etc that make water even better for you. Certain teas.
When you add caffeine and sugar and such, is when you start affecting the hydration ability of whatever you are drinking. Tea is a great way to stay hydrated. You can get flavored herbal tea in many different varieties to suit your taste, look for the antioxidant, decaf blends...and drink them iced...they would be better than water...all the hydration plus more.

none of it's really bad for you. Some just has more sugar in it than others. Just look at the lables when you buy it and lean for the ones with less sugar but it still has to taste good. I recommed Fruit 2 'O. It's yummy. my fav is the raspberry. Also Special K protein water is pretty good.
