yeah my first love who was my best mate for about a year prior to our dating - i was head head over heels ad my life, i was addicted to him like a drug i could not get enough and when we broke up it was like going cold turkey and being in detox....horrible....but god it was good at the time.
why?

Yes, and I am still in contact with him altho we're miles apart. Maybe one day we'll get it together, we've promised before we die...... if not, you just have to look back and say I was so lucky to have had that.

Yes,one time and it hurts when it came to an end and what a feeling it was when you're in love,but forty years later it's hard for me to get that same feeling again.So from my point of view is it love or just infactuation?I have loved since,but never could get in love.

Yeah! But when you say head over heels in love, it's from when you first meet someone and the relationship is fresh but when you have been with someone for years you can still be head over heels for them but it's not an infacuation. You get past thinking that this person is perfect and you begin to see them for who they really are and accept them and love them. NOW THAT"S REAL LOVE
