First it was a state misdemeanor and second... This happened over 5 years ago and yes everything has been solved. Will this just drop off my record or do I need to go to a judge? I also DO NOT know how to reply directly to you ... so thanks for bearing with me

It will not just drop off your record.
Yes, you can go to court and have it expunged.
You need to consult with an attorney to do this.

Your record is permanent, nothing drops off.

You would have to petition the court you were convicted in, and request an expungment. The Clerk of Courts should be able to provide you with the information you need.

The only way to get it off your record is to go to a judge and have it expunged. If you don't it will be on your record forever.

Cite mitigating circumstances or proper defenses to lower the penalty or even erase the offenses from the records.
