From what I understand from your question is... who will be sincere in his/hers efforts to get peace?
Well, amongst the democrats I think that Dennis Kucinich is the only candidate who is sincere about anything...especially on issues concerning foreign policy.
Dennis Kucinich is the only one who will listen to The Palestinians. Everyone else will just listen to the Zionists and give little importance to what The Palestinians say.
As to the question about rather or not peace is possible or not is a completely different question.

I would desire to assert not one of the above. with a view to have peace, the two events are prepared to agree and have the potential and could to maintain the peace. this won't be able to take place with the aid of Hamas and different hate communities in the area. DTG

Any one of the candidates could attempt but will fail. There hasn’t been peace in that region since there was one major religion in that area. With the current make up of countries, their frame of mind, culture, lifestyle, education and other factors, change is not going to happen soon. The Israelis believe they have a right to certain land and the Palestinians believe they have right to the same land. The rest of the Muslim world supports their brothers, the Palestinians. The Palestinians have not provided or contributed anything to the rest of the Muslim world but the other countries will always support fellow Muslims, regardless of the cause. There is wide spread corruption within the Muslim world, especially with countries controlled by monarchies. These countries do not believe in democracy, it is foreign and alien to them. They believe in religious law and tribal influence to solve matters. The everyday citizen is held back in many of these countries by a lack of academic education and being force fed religion in place of real education. They are blind, have no vision except violence as an answer to every challenge they face. If you look at their calendar, it is the 14th century in most of the Arab and Muslim world. They are that far behind, not just on paper with a calendar but intellectually. That is why many of them come to the U.S. to get away from being oppressed. Now, let’s get back to the question. I don’t believe it will matter which guy or gal gets the oval office. The outcome will be the same, nothing but talk, write some stuff on paper but the actions will always be same, violence.

Dear God, When will people realize, we can want for it, do everything we can for it, and beg for it. but the only way for real peace to happen in the Mid-East is for ALL sides over their acknowledge that all of them have the right to exist and be there. No presidential candidate can make people believe that, or bully some one itno doing it. It has to be them who want the peace, what we want really doesn't matter in the end. All we can keep doing is keeping the all sides engaged (not in arms) with each other so the day it happens (probably not in my lifetime) their is already a dialoge established.

They've been killing each other over there for thousands of years over there. We're not going to be able to attain real peace - the participants don't want it.
The best we can do is plant a democracy and nurture it into a full state. Free people may be willing to decide that there are better things in life that shouting Allah Akbar (sp)!
That's not going to happen with a Democrat in office since they childishly believe they can solve the problem by declaring victory and bringing the troops home.
I'm going with Romney. He is if anything a realist.

No one!!!
The MidEast doesn't want peace.
Right now, Israel is the whipping boy for the problems in the Middle East. Yet, nevermind the fact that the entire region is a hot bed of activity with a prolific history of attacking one another.
Most recently, we saw during the Yom Kippur war that the Egyptians, Syrians and the Jordanians annexed Palestinian territories for themselves in their war with Israel.
You can't help those who do not want to help themselves.
I believe the best one to make a difference, if not a little dent, would be Ron Paul.

I think Obama would work for peace, and I think Hillary would work to just bail us out of the mess Bush made.

Well I don't think you'll be getting any fully objective answer to this type of question. In my opinion it's Barack Obama.

Real peace in the mideast cannot exist.
Muslims want full control of Jerusalem.
So do Jews.
Both sides say control of Jerusalem will go to the other "over their dead body."
Peace isn't going to happen.
