I've been battling Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 4 years now and when I got this system I was probably at the lowest point of my life. I had no energy at all and was in constant pain. I hated myself and hated the doctors who all shrugged it off and told me I just needed to take it easy or that I simply needed to have proper sleep!

This have completely changed my life. Barely 3 weeks on this system, and my brain fog and headaches are gone completely! I can now also manage to go for a 20 minute brisk walk without feeling exhausted.

The best one I know of that will have the lowest negative impact on your health is Rhodiola. It was developed by the Russians to be used by the Cosminots during the cold war. It gives you good energy but does not make you jittery. You can find it in a lot of places but if you want a good high quality suppliment from natural sources try the nutrilite stuff at http://fugatefreedom.mychoices.biz and yes that is a plug for my online store.

Try Trivita.....it's the vitamin with B6, B12 and Folic Acid. It is great! here's their link www.trivita.com
It's a small tablet that you place under your tongue and let it melt. Gets in your system alot quicker and isn't absorb as if you were swallowing a pill. I've been using it for years!

Have you checked your hormones? Both thyroid and cortisol being low made me very tired, at different stages in my life. I took tiny doses of Adderall XR which helped immensely until I figured out the root cause.
At any rate, I would get tested for food allergies, Lyme disease, anything that might cause that sort of thing and makes sense to you.
BTW, in studies, it's not always clear that ginseng give you more energy than a placebo, and some energy drinks that contain it also contain caffeine. It did not help my fatigue when I tried it. Good luck.
