Your insurance will not be affected.

Your insurance covers you. If you have a policy that includes protection for other drivers (under insured/not insured) then it is possible. If your friend was in a DUI crash, then both of your insurances with go up. His for the crash and you allowing an intoxicated person to drive your car.

You didn't say what state you are from, but in Wisconsin, underage drinking tickets go on your driver's record, and you can get your license suspended, even if you are not in a car. Even if they don't take your insurance information, it would be available to your agent next time they ran your information.

You will need to check with the court to see if the conviction would be reported to DMV.

His will. Yours would only be impacted if you were charged with an offense or he crashed your car.

Yours possibly could. His more than likely will go up. My suggestion.... DO NOT pay your insurance late. They may never find out.
