When advertising to teens... make sure the message your protraying is "independence". Teens hate to be told what to do. Make it feel like their in charge. Tough market to advertise too however they have alot of spending power. What product/service are you trying to advertise?

Offer a free ipod with whatever your advertising you cannot go wrong ;-)
Seriously though it will depend on what the product is and whether it's late teens who can buy stuff themselves (debit card) or early teens that need to use mummy or daddies credit card.

Can you do some market research in your area? What about getting a group of teenagers together for a discussion group, offering payment or reward for their services. Compile a list of questions on how they feel about your product and show them pictures or samples to get feedback.

Use radio, school publications, magazines, etc.
Why don't you get a group of teens together and ask them?
