ok, so a guy a like told me about a month ago we should just be friends. but the other day at our christmas party at school. he sat next to me in the same chair and he took a brush and starting playing with my hair. then on the bus, he started to ask me questions like what my last name was, or why my hair was so pretty. so does he like me or not?!

DON'T RUSH INTO A RELATIONSHIP! You'll know when the time is right. I think he isn't ready for a girl friend. Give him about 2-3 weeks, look for signs. If he doesn't come around then talk to his friends.
To answer your question yes he likes you.

listen sweet heart, I have recently experienced the same thing. a guy i has a fetish for hair.he would always play with my hair.it turns out he did that to all the girls he knew .....even if they were ugly. so leave him behind because he probably likes your hair not you.good luck.

well he is probably trying to warm up to you, and get to know you more...... maybe in a few weeks he will start showing some feelings for you....... just be yourself around him and show him a side you dont normally show anyother guy....... but be aware the nice complements and touching might stop after the x-mas holidays.......
