A man 40 yrs old who I have been dating for 3 months. everything going fine, he said he was gonna call me the next day at 1pm to tell me exactly when he was coming up because he wanted to spend new years' with me. He never called. i left messages on his cell and home. I know he got them. 36 hours later i have not heard anything. I don't know what happened here. Last time I seen him we exchanged xmas gifts and he stayed for dinner at my parents place. WHY WOULD YOU GET SOMEONE A XMAS GIFT IF THEY DIDN'T PLAN ON SEEING YOU AGAIN?? I typed a letter expressing my feelings and emailed it to him, whether i get a reply or not, who knows. I didn't want to keep calling so thats what i did. So here it is New Years' and I'm alone. I thought he would be man enough to atleast call me with an explanation. the message i left on his cell was>... no matter what the situation good or bad please call me and let me know,

It sounds like he lost interest or maybe made other plans (with guy friends) and doesn't want to hurt your feelings by telling you.

I think you should let him cool down. Don't sms or call or contact him for now. See how is his reaction. Don't push him too hard. Maybe he really got something on. Just give him a week or so. There's nothing you can do now. Just wait and see. Do something else. Divert your attention. Calm down and see how ...

i think u scared him by taking him to ur parents, ur phone calls and ur messages just scared him more. relax he will come back to you if u still want him do not talk about it. if you do not want him talk about it and leave him.

Unfortunately I know how you feel. My ex left me that way, completly disconnected from me without a word. He was a coward when it came to leaving me. 3 months and I still haven't heard from him. All you can do is take a deep breath and move on. You will find someone that treats you better than that.

Dude is being incognito... He is playing games. Unless, he got in some kind of trouble or something where he couldn't contact you. In all honestly, perhaps give him the benefit of the doubt, because anything could've happened. If he should contact you again, ask him what happened.

hun,,,yew need to tell his *** to hit the road...if a man does that and doesn't have any balls to tell yew that he's not coming back..then he's not worth it. Just move on...but if yew don't...then just stop communicating with him period. And then see what happens

So either something happened to him or his phone so he can't contact you... or he met someone else, or he is a COMPLETE JERK!!! which is probably the case! I had a similar situation, I dated a guy for 2 months he had me convinced we would be together then BAM he disappears and when he finally did contact me he was a jerk!!! That was 3 months ago and even though it was really hard at first im so much better without him and you will be too if thats how he's going to treat you!! find some friends and do somthing fun tonight, you deserve better than him!!!
