Fast!

The best oil is Sesame oil for an oriental flavor but any oil will do.

Get the wok hot first. Then add a little oil drizzling down the sides.

Add your shrimp and stir.

Add any stir fry sauces or condiments after you get the shrimp out. serve right away.
YUM!

There's so many different ways to cook shrimp in a wok, here's one
Deep frying
Pour oil into a wok or deep fryer; it should be at least 1 1/2 inches (about 3.8cm) deep, and the cooker should be less than half full of oil. Heat oil to 375°F (190°C), using a thermometer to monitor temperature. Dip peeled shrimp in batter, drain, then slip them into hot oil. Cook until brown, 2 to 3 minutes

The others are right...a little oil and keep the shrimp moving. They cook FAST, so only cook them about 2 minutes or until they curl and turn pink.

Toss 'em in with the wok hot. Have just a little oil. Put on some lemon juice. It takes only a few minutes. Don't overcook them, they cook a little bit after coming out.
