Absodamlutely! A nice pile of crispy bacon, or sausage, or a steak, along with hash browns and sunnyside up eggs, and it wouldn't hurt to have French toast or waffles with maple syrup along with it!

My family loves this recipe. I start cooking it in the morning and in the evening it is ready.
******Crock Pot/Slow Cooker Southwestern Egg Bake
Prep time:30 minutes
Cook Time: 6 or more hours
Container: Crock Pot, mixing bowls, large skillet
Serving: 12
Ingredients
1 pound sweet Italian sausage (or sausage of choice)
1 pound ground turkey (chicken, pork, hamburger)
1 large sweet onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 red pepper (chopped)
2 cans green chilies (chopped)
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese or combination of both (shredded)
18 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or any mustard of choice (optional)
Directions
* In a large skillet cook sausage and ground meat until crumbled and no longer pink.
Season to taste if desired. Drain.
* In a slow cooker/crock pot, place the ingredients in order as follows: half of the
browned meat, half of the onion, half of the garlic, half of the red pepper, half of the
green chilies and half the cheese.
* Repeat the layers with the remaining portion of the ingredients.
