Yes I do and it works great. Before I started using mouthwash, every time I went to the dentist for my 6 months checkup they always had to scrape, no matter how much I brushed. When I use mouthwash there is very little scraping and I can even see the difference in my gums appearance. I use Listerene because it was highest rated in Consumer Reports magazine a ways back. It tastes bad, but works. Trust me, anything that tastes good won't work. You might as well use Kool-Aid than Scope. And just for the record they rated Colgate Total toothpaste the best over Crest. I switched and I have to agree with them.

I'm a dentist and I don't use mouthwash. Here's why: one of the reasons for using toothpaste when brushing instead of just a brush is because the fluoride in the toothpaste strengthens the teeth. But it has to be present in the mouth for long enough to act. If you use a mouthrinse (or just like to rinse your mouth with water after brushing), you're just rinsing off the toothpaste (and therefore the fluoride) and not giving it the best possible chance to act. Also, if you are brushing and flossing properly, things like gingivitis (gum disease) and calculus (tartar) don't get a chance to happen, so you shouldn't need a mouthrinse to combat those. So if you must insist on using a mouthrinse, my advice would be to use one that contains fluoride, I usually recommend Endekay or Fluorigard to my patients (in the UK). Hope this helps!

I personally use Hydrogen Peroxide and an Antibacterial.
The antibacterial part is important. Both of these kills germs and keep your gums healthy.

Brush 2 mins in the morning 2 mins before sleeping at night, use dental floss infront of a mirror every night and you're not gonna need a mouth wash if you have no gum disease. There is usually enough Floride in the tab water and regular toothpastes and antiseptics can never substitude mechanical removal made by brushing.
I myself use Colgate mouthwash once in a while but as a fact I do it for fun,I know that doesnt actually do anything!

No, I just floss and brush morning and evening, and if I drink coffee during the day, I usually have a TicTac. I have nearly perfect teeth, haven't had a cavity since 1980 or so!
