Your refund would consist of your withholding be returned to you and any EIC that you are eligible for.

You did not indicate if you had any other income, which would affect the amount of EIC.

How much did you have withheld for federal income tax? That will all be refunded to you.

You'll also be eligible for an EIC of around $3610.

you get 3400 per exemption and 7850 for head of household

so you will owe no tax - and be refunded
(not for social security or medicare)

EIC should get back 3590-3610
depending on which side of 9000 you are
(8950-9000 or 9000-9050)
