It means people enjoy your company, and that people are interested and drawn in by what you have to say. Or they like talking to you.

To me it means people are not afraid when they talk to you. You can say stuff, share things, and you're not afraid they're going to give you a reaction like you're wierd or something. Or you can say what you think to that person and you're not going to be judged, or be told you're wrong for having your feeling or viewpoint.

It means that that particular person who said it to you finds that being open/honest with you is easy and comes naturally to him/her. In other words, all the walls are down, so to speak.
