There is no universally agreed biological definition of dreaming. General observation shows that dreams are strongly associated with Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, during which an electroencephalogram shows brain activity to be most like wakefulness. Participant-remembered dreams during non-REM sleep are normally more mundane in comparison.[1] During a typical lifespan, a human spends a total of about six years dreaming[2] (which is about 2 hours each night[3]). It is unknown where in the brain dreams originate, if there is a single origin for dreams or if multiple portions of the brain are involved, or the purpose of dreaming is for the body or mind

There's no particular rhyme or reason to why you dream different things at different times, but there are a couple of reasons you could be dreaming about your school and teachers.
If you're still at school (as in, in your school-age years), then it's simply a natural place for you to be-- it's a large part of your life, the setting is where you are developing your personality and your life friends and ideals. So things that happen there are not uncommon. If you like school, and you feel comfortable with your friends there, it may be a symbol of your support network, where there are people who understand you and guide you. Maybe there's something you're thinking about that connects to school and you are just thnking about that in the back of your mind and it comes out in your dreams.
If you're not of school age any more, it might be that these are "simpler" times, easier or less complex times, and you long to go back to that, somehow, for the same reasons as listed above.
Cheers!

School
To dream that you are in school, signifies feelings of inadequacy and childhood insecurities that have never been resolved. It may relate to anxieties about performance and abilities. You may also be going through a "spiritual learning" experience. If you are still in school and dream about school, then it will naturally serve as a backdrop to your dream world. Alternatively, a dream that takes place in school may be a metaphor for the lessons that you are learning from your waking life.
Teacher
To see your teacher (past or present) in your dream, suggests that you are seeking some advice, guidance, or knowledge. You are heading into a new path in life and ready to learn by example or from a past experience. Consider your own personal experiences with that particular teacher. What subject was taught? Alternatively, it may relate to issues with authority and seeking approval. You may going through a situation in your waking life where you feel that you are being treated like a student or in which you feel you are being put to a test.
Hope that helped!

You will dream about that which absorbs your attention and emotions a lot during the day. So that would be school and teachers a lot of the time. If these drerams are not pleasant, Meditation/prayer before sleep might help. Exercise and a healthy diet will also help.
