Culturally, Jesus was allowed to eat meat. It was not a problem back in his day so yes, he probably did. There's nothing in the Bible that prohibits a person from eating meat if they choose to. You are free to be a "veggie" and others are free to eat a diet that includes meat.

God says all things are clean....or made for us to eat. He created many animals FOR food. Im sure that He ate meat while He was on the earth and didnt think a thing of it.

He certainly ate fish and approved eating it. You would think He ate lamb by following some of the customs of the day. Since His stories involved shepherds caring for their flocks, He seems to have implicity approved eating them. The story of the prodigal son also implicity approved killing a calf for the feast.

Of course He did. He ate the Passover, and was called by John the Baptist, "The Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world." (In case you didn't know, the Jews were ordered by God to kill a 1-year old lamb without spot or blemish, and use the blood on the doorposts of their house to keep the angel of death from entering, and then to eat all the meat before the night was done. If the lamb was too big for one household, then two families should come together, but they were not to leave any over, showing how the Passover Lamb was complete, and the sacrifice was complete, just as the sacrifice of Jesus was complete when He died on the cross to block THE angel of death from dragging us into hell kicking and screaming for those who have applied "the blood of THE Lamb" across their hearts. Then every year, they were to celebrate the Passover with lamb to remember what God had done for them when He redeemed them from slavery in the land of Egypt.)
There is no Law from God telling us we can't eat meat. However the Jews are limited in which animals they can use, and both Jews as well as Christians are forbidden to drink the blood, because "the life of the flesh is in the blood."
Additional comment:
You ask what's the difference between killing an animal and killing a person? You've GOT to be kidding! We were created in the very image of God! Animals are just that - animals! I am not saying we shouldn't care for the animals, but please don't go putting people, for whom Christ died, on the same level as animals!

We know positively Jesus ate fish.
Also because He was a Jew, most likely He would have eaten lamb during the appropriate festivals.
